I'm at 93 pounds now... I've decided that I want to be under 90 by Thanksgiving. I know it's a long time for such a small goal, but yeah...

I'm SO happy you've said that - that its always darkest before dawn. Its what we try to tell each other when someone is feeling down, yet we don't ever believe it for ourselves until things start looking up. Does that make sense? haha.
