Yes! So far today I'm doing well.
Ran a mile, but that dumb pulled muscle is still acting up, so I couldn't do more >.< = -80 cal
Biked 3 miles = -160 cal
1 nectarine = 60 cal
5 almonds = 35 cal
So, I'm at -145 cal for the day - now to endure dinner/dessert! I'll just keep telling myself that quiche is like 400 calories per slice. Boyfriend is coming over so hopefully he and parents will forget dessert. And after, I'll do my nighttime exercises and sleep through breakfast tomorrow. Ana, help me stay strong!
