good days, bad nights

Good day:
Breakfast:  140 cal
Lunch:  80 cal
Exercised off (running/biking/swimming):  ~300 cal

Bad night:
Dinner:  We won't even go there.

Crunches tonight!

But on a happier note, before dinner I was 102.  Shan't be weighing after that meal for awhile.
