It seems that no matter what I eat or don't eat, run or don't run, I don't lose. I gain a few pounds, lose a few pounds.

I need to break it. I don't know how. I have a few weeks of school left. Maybe come summer.
Tips?
Try different exercises and you can try adjusting your intake. Like eat 200 calories less than normal and instead of running try riding a bike or jumping rope or dancing. Maybe do some strength training. Push-ups, squats, lunges, sit-ups, ect. If you keep doing the same things your body will get used to it and those exercises and everything won't be as effective.
