I have a middle ground definitely. I can eat healthy and lose weight, but a lot of times I choose not to. Sorry chica. I hope you get it all figured out.
middle ground is for normal, for ordinary, for boring.
We fly above it!
Still, one must eat to live. And there's no point being beautifully thin if you're dead. So an agreement has to be reached. I think fruit and vegetables, brown rice, miso soup, edamame beans, tofu and some other healthy foods are ok.
Try cooking a new meal? One without oil or butter - but fresh? Make one portion so you're not encouraged to eat it all.
You can do it! I believe in you more than anyone. Love you xxxxxxx
GOD, I know how you feel. It's like either total starvation or a whole kitchen full of garbage. I do not, for the life of me, know how to stop eating when I've reached that satisfied, but not too full feeling... Oh the irony. Hope you get feeling better soon, love xoxo
